How to order
It suits the customer to read this page before ordering.
SEARCH BOOKS:
For searching any books in De
re coquinaria website, you have different ways:
| 1. Search. |
Write any word about the book you are looking for. Click
the magnifying glass icon. It is shown a book list which
contains the words you have written. |
| 2. Subject. |
On the left of the screen you can see the different
subjects the books are classified. Click in the subject
you are interested in and you will see other more specific
points. Finally, when there is no more points it is shown
the book list you have selected. |
| 3. Latest releases. |
On the top of the screen, you can see the Latest releases.
Click it and it is shown the Latest releases list of the
books that have been published for the last three months. |
If you want to know something more about any books, click in
the picture. Apart from the title and the author, you can know:
the publisher, the release date, language, and tecnic points
about the book, a review and, in some cases, some pages of the
book.
SHOPPING BOOKS
When you want to buy any book you have to create a cart. You
only have to click the cart icon you will find it not only in
the small card but also in the big one.One you have added the
selected book to your cart, you will be able to add more books,
delete it  ,
update if you make changes 
or finish shopping  .
If you click “buy”, you will go to Users register.
If it is your first shopping you will be asked your personal
details, they could be different from the delivery address.
If you are already customer, you will only have to write your
name and telephone, and you will be able to modify your personal
details if you want.

De re
coquinaria guarantees the total privacy of the
personal data of our customers and users. Data hold in
our database. It is protected by the laws below..
It ensures the Spanish law (Organic Law 15/1999 of the
Data Proteccion, 3rd Dicember), the users could access,
correct and cancel their personal details. On this case,

Once you have completed this step, you will have to choose a
delivery option and payment type. You will have to check your
personal details. If they are correct, we recommend you to print
the delivery note out until delivery is completed.
At the end of the shopping, you will receive and e-mail giving
you thanks for having thought in De re
coquinaria.
PAYMENT TYPE
You could choose different payment types in De
re coquinaria
- Bank transfer.
- Pay on delivery. Only for Spain. For the rest of countries,
please ask for us in drc@derecoquinaria.com
- Credit card. We accept VISA and MASTER CARD.

Paying with credit card in De
re coquinaria is safe. You will
be sent to our bank to fill in your credit cad data (BBVA)
website to pay using secure server (SSL Safety Protocol). |
DELIVERY
De re coquinaria send orders to
Spain or any other countries of the world.
You can choose, in Spain or out of Spain, between Postal Service
or Courier Service (Chronoexprés for Spain, and DHL for
out of Spain).
PRICE
The prices applied are the shown price in our website at the
moment of the ordering date
The prices of the books and the delivery costs include taxes
(4%) and are expressed in euros. In the cases the customer are
free of taxes payment (Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla and countries
which do not belong EU), De re coquinaria
will refund it.
Extra expenses (own taxes of the countries which do not belong
to EU, customs duties, etc.) will be paid by the customer.
Appropriate changes will be taken at any moment and without
prior warning.
De re coquinaria, can bring the
prices of the books up to date, depending on the suppliers,
exchange rates, etc.
De re coquinaria can no send an order due to force mayeuse.
We will writea message to your e-mail address or your postal
address as soon as possible. If the shopping is charge in your
credit card, De re coquinaria
will refund it totally.
The using of our services entails to agree the clauses above,
in all cases.
CLAIMS
If you receive a faulty or wrong book, you have 15 days (from
the date you receive it) for communicating us your claim. If
you spend this period, De re coquinaria
does not guarantee to refund the amount.
Write us, clearly and in detail, the causes of your claim. Please
include the number of the delivery note:
