Oenological critic of the newspaper El País, he has published numerous articles on gastronomy over the last twenty years. Founder and director of the specialized publications Mi Vino and Vinum. Founder and president of OpusWine, a publishing business, and responsible for the organization of events related to the wine world such as “Primer” an annual showing of the new wines of carbonic softening; “Enoforum”, an annual meeting of the best Spanish wine experts, “Sicer”, first international salon of quality cider, “TopWineSpain”, international show of the best Spanish wine experts.
